i think that orion had a good point. as far as adding the oil or not adding oil i think it would be best left up the users discression.

i was kinda tired too while i was taking enan but i rested alot during the day. and i only would sleep an average of 5-6 hours.

Ya dude, I'm only getting 7 hours of sleep a night and I feel pretty good. Then again, I'm a few pounds smaller than you are. Could you post you diet or something so we could take a look?

My diet? Whats that? haha. Well right now I'm just concentrating on eating a lot of clean food. Basically I eat eggs and oatmeal every morning, then eat lean protiens and rice or sweet potatos, PB & J sands, black beans, whole wheat noodles and HB eggs the rest of the day. I'm not saying I dont have the occasional cheat meal either, if I don't have time to make something (rarely) I'll eat some decent fast food or get a premade meal from wholefoods. I drink water all day long and Yarba Matte (spelling) tea for energy. I think thats ok not to have a set diet since I'm not cutting. I just eat all the time and never let myself even think about being hungry. Oh yeah and I drink several weightgainer protien shakes throughout the day -Brad

Holy crap- I went to the gym tonight and got on the scale. I'm up to 216 lbs! Where the hell is it all going? All my friends say I'm looking bigger but I can't really tell too much. Not much bloat at all I guess my face looks a little rounder but thats it. So far I'm in 15 days and I have gained 18 lbs!

I've started doing the Optimized Volume Training this last week and I like it a lot. I actually work my ass off on workouts and the next 2 days I feel nice and sore, so I know I'm working my muscles. Heres the link, I'm doing this exactly as it says -

Oh and I always stetch and do about 10 minutes on the treadmill to warm up.

Well could you give me something better? I don't see whats wrong with that, its basically supersets. Isn't that a good way to shock your muscles which in turn adds more mass? I lift heavy as I normally do with this routine and doing the supersets really make my muscles burn. -crombie

When I read it the other day I saw where it said you lose strength on the program.....well then I realized he said that they fixed that glitch in it. So, like I said...please keep us posted. I may try it some time too. I just thought it wasn't good for strength...now i see it is. Good luck crombie!

Ohhh shit, sorry guys. Been really busy lately. Working more hours at the job and this t3 gives me enough energy to work and workout. I'm getting around 10 hours of sleep everynight. I'm always tired. Haven't weighed myself lately, but I'm getting bigger, I can tell. I was out on new years bartending and this girl that I see out sometimes came up to me and was rubbing on my arm, she hadn't seen me in around 3 weeks. She freaked out, she asked me what i was doing b/c my arms were a lot bigger. I felt great. Felt better when she took me back to her hotel room that night Anyway.................strength is up a lot and I feel great. I'll weight myself tommorow. Pics? I don't want to embarass myself. I'm 6 foot 3 and only weigh 220 ish. I'm skinny. -crombie09

I might try to post some up soon, OK?

Still busy. Lost my job today so, I can post more now. Anyhow I am still working out hard about 5-6 nights a week. I finished up with the dbol and I think I shrank a little. Not sure I still weigh the same, but I don't look as big, guess the water came off. I don't think I'm going to try Dbol again because it made me bloated and I felt fat, that is NOT the look I'm going for. I decided to incorperate some Tren into this cycle since I'm loving the gains as is. I ordered the Fina this weekend and should recieve it in a few days. -crombie

That's alot of eggs bro. I only like to eat 2 yolks a day, the rest are liquid egg whites and I put them in my shake.
