      Ok, it's the start of wk 10 and the final wk of test. I'll run the winny up til pct though. I had great strength this past wk, I think the winny really kicked in. When I started this cycle my max bench press was about 275lbs natural (290 before I hurt my shoulder), this has always been a weaker area for me. But at 185lbs that is not bad imo. This wk I did 275 for 8 (could have done 10), 285 for 5, 295 for 4, and 315 for 1 with ease. I could have done it for 2 but I'm afraid of reinjuring my rotator cuff. So, I think my max is now around 325 or 330. All of my other muscle groups are doing well too, my quads have gained about 2+ inches and my arms 1 inch. I was up to 208lbs but now around 205 and looking more lean. The pics I posted I was about 10+% bf for sure, I am usually around 8. I'm liking the ripped look coming back and I think the winny is helping a great deal there.

      Just got done doing legs, damn my strength and endurance felt great. I could just keep pumping out sets of 15 on the leg press like nothing. I think it's the winstrol kicking in full strength. Sure feels good.

      Well, yesterday was my last shot of test enan Now I have 2 wks of winny until pct. I'm gonna run a nolv only pct. I'll probably stager it from 60mg to 10mg over a month. I started at a mere 185lbs and 8%bf. Last wk I hit 208lbs at about 10%bf. Now I have dropped down to 204 or 205 and appear more lean (the winny I figure). I am happy with my gains. I had not used aas for over 3 yrs and was stuck in a natural rut. My bench press was only around 275 or 285 max. I had a week shoulder from a prior rotator cuff injury about a yr and a half ago. Now my max benchpress is about 340 (275 for 10 reps) and my shoulder feels great. All of my gains were good to me, I just mention bench press because it's easy to track your gains. My triceps are strong as shit!!! And that aint no lie. Back is too. I'll keep everyone posted on my recovery.

      Sounds like you had a great cycle bro, the results are impressive! 23 lbs on only 500mg of test for 10 weeks with a bit of dbol at the start and some winny at the end.

      Shows that you don't need crazy mega doses and insane stacks to achieve great results.

      Good call on the Nolva only, you should recover just fine without that nasty Clomid.

      Ok, I've started PCT and still weigh in at 203-204lbs. My strength is still doing good. I threw up 300 for 5, 315 for 3 and 335 for 1 with a pause. I am probably closer to my normal 8% bf now after doing the winny. My arms look very cut and are measuring 17 inches flexed, and my upper thighs are 24 in and defined (need to work on them though). I've decided that I don't want the freakish 250 lb ripped look anymore, but instead about 210 and 7% will make me happy. I should not have a problem getting there either.

      I am a fan of hcg but did not need it this cycle. I had it on hand but my testes did not go up in me. With a moderate dose of 500mg test for 10 wks without any deca or fina I did not need to run it. I'm keeping the cals up and running 10g of creatine a day, 3g of vitamin c, multi vitamin, 20+ g of glutamine, fish oil caps, and nolvadex. I am keeping cals above 4K and so far have only lost 3lbs 12 days into pct.

      Some might disagree with me on this but I think anti-e's should be taken at approx. the same time every day. I take .25mg ldex and 10mg nolvadex every morning before work during a cycle. I just squirt it in a glass of cran juice for better absorption and to rid the nasty taste.
