well i started a diet plan last monday including tuna,pb,egg whites, h20, and other very clean foods.. I also added cardio and heavy ab work into my workout..
Mon: chest,abs, 1.5 miles cardio
Tues: bi's, tri's, abs, 1.5 miles cardio
Wed: back, shoulders, 1.5 miles cardio
Thurs: chest, abs, 1.5 miles cardio
Frid: bi's, tri's abs, 1.5 miles cardio

I have also been taking ala at about 2g a day.. In the last week and a half i have started leaning up.. i lost a total of 9 pounds of fat!!!! went from 225 to 216

Next monday i will begin a cycle including 100mg/winny day and 200 mg eq/week
i will def keep everyone updated each week with results
