TweetIGF Diary.
Yesterday I received my IGF from nonconsumables. I will keep a running diary for the next four weeks and let all of you know if IGF is worth it. Here’s the run down. I’m currently in my 8th week of a 16-week cycle. Here’s my cycle.
1-16 1000mg/wk test enanthate
1-16 Fina75mg/eod
1-6 D-bol 50mg/day
7-16 Anavar 30mg/day
7-16 prop300mg/wk
JUST ADDED 8-11 IGF 50mcg/day
Wk 1
5’10” 208 9%bf
Wk 8 (today) 11/4/03
5’10” 220 11%bf
Flat Bench 345lb x 2 reps
Leg Press 1000lbs x 6-8 reps (I don’t do squats back injury)
I know everyone says that you should use the IGF by itself to really get a true feel for how good it works. But I have done enough cycles that I will be able to notice if the IGF is making a difference. With my current cycle without the IGF I would probably gain another 6-8lbs in the next 4 weeks and maybe add another % to my BF. Adding the IGF, I will be ecstatic if I can gain another 10lbs and drop 2% bf in the next 4 weeks.
If it works well, I will add IGF again to my post cycle. Took my first shot this morning 25mcg and I’ll take another 25mcg before training.

TweetI would use it 5 days a week and take you non-training days off of it! That way you will get most benefit and you will also have it last for 4 weeks which is about the time you want to run it also make sure there is 2ml of solution some of them or one of them only had 1ml from a different batch and if it is only one mg your doseage will be doubled so draw it out to make sure and then squirt it back in!
TweetTo do this diary correctly, I might as well give you all my diet. It has been like this since the beginning and I won’t be changing anything. I also never do cardio. My workouts are very intense and I burn a lot of fat. I will add 3 – 20min session on a stationary bike.
1 meal (7am)
N-Large protein shake 88carbs 50 pro
1 banana
2 meal (9:30am)
tuna or ham sandwich
N-Large protein shake 88carbs 50 pro/w 5g creatine
3 meal (12:00noon)
Chicken breast and some rice from a local restaurant or I’ll eat some sushi
(As long as I get around 50-75g of protein I’m happy)
4 meal (2:30pm)
Cottage cheese
Yogurt

5meal (6:00pm)
Immediately after workout
N-Large protein shake 88carbs 50 pro/w 5g creatine
6 meal (8:30pm)
Chicken or fish with veggies or rice
7 meal (11:00pm)
before bedtime 50g of protein and 0 carbs

Carbs around 600g
Fat ? Probably under 100

TweetYesterday was my first shots. I did two sub Q shots around my abdomen and I guess because it is suspended in BA the injection area got numb. It’s still a bit numb so this morning I will begin IM shots instead. Other then that, I didn’t feel any different. I did have a better then normal workout last night, but I would credit that to the excitement of starting the IGF.

All right guys let me start by saying that I’m not the type of guy that expects miracles to happen in short periods of time. Nor do I expect to have any results after just 3 days. It might just be the excitement of trying this new thing, but I could swear that look much fuller this afternoon. I am a little more vascular as well. Still a little early to tell. I was also dead tired all morning long. I’m hitting the gym in about an hour, planning on hitting delts and abs. I’ll keep posting.

As I said last night I hit the gym to train delts. Right from the start my delts swelled up just from the 2 warm-up sets. After a few more set of db presses they felt like they were going to explode. I had to fight through the pain to continue to finish my workout. I does hurt considerably, but when you see them looking better then ever you really forget about the pain. I have never seen them so big or so many veins in that area. Now I’m really getting excited about this IGF.
This morning when I woke up I felt real lean and tight. I think I have found a new favorite drug. I can’t wait to see what kind of strength increase I’ll get with this stuff. I’m now starting to think my gains will be a little better then what I was hoping for, probably because I’m mixing this with my regular gear.
Tweetyou think this stuff would be worth while with out running gear on top of it? maybe some 1-test? I cant use any gear right now... and im also extremely gyno prone, so i have to avoid test .
