      Yup, the caps are 200mg each cap. I'd prefer 100mg and spread the caps more but the way i have it, they're spread a good amount apart.

      slept 4 hours last night, im absolutely miserable at 800mg but im gonna keep at it. My sheets are soaked, i gotta change them I told my girlfriend i hve the flue and have to sleep on the couch. I have never felt this awful in my life.

      i'm down another 1.5 lbs and i look like im holding water. I want to quit but i can't.

      So that's 6.5 lbs in only four days? If you lose .75lbs/day for the next 16...you will lose a total of 18.5 (+-) lbs....in 20 days.
      My God that's some serious weight loss.

      I understand your reasoning for using the other gear to gain size and strength for the ring, but it does not seem that this type of radical fat loss fits well with your ring work. By saying that, I mean it keeps you from training and etc for a few weeks, as well as being more of an aesthetic benefit than a strength related benefit. Granted, a loss of fat can translate into a little more speed, but the lay off from training and the utter nightmare from usage might outweigh any gain in speed. So how is the tradeoff worth it to you? (In no way is this challenging your usage; I'm simply trying to learn more, and trying to gain insight).

      Have to take 3 weeks off fighting anyway cus my broken cheekbone from my last fight. Not to mention DNP has an anmazing anabolci rebound effect.

      Ran into a slight delay and wont be getting more DNP till monday, going to run 600mg till then then ramp it back up to 800mg and then really push the envelope and knock it up to the dreaded 1000mg. Btw, down 9 lbs so far on day 5.
