TweetI decide not to log but to work on this behind the scenes. I am a team player, but I am also a "work alone" type of person. Anyway, instead of getting a trainer to motivate me, I am following a 12 week plan that I did years ago. I am in week 6, and even though I am modifying things a bit, I am liking it. Getting to the gym 5 days a week, in the morning, and it feels great. Have some personal goals, in place, and I just have to remind myself to go easy on this. I will keep you all posted. Still have it visualized, in my future, to get on a stage one day!

TweetBeen going to Planet Fitness, and I must say I like it! It works for me, but I did have to ask the girl at the desk, if they will be getting another Smith Machine. They have 2, and it seems to be the most popular thing there. They are getting all new stuff, and 2 more Smith Machines, this summer. The place is super clean, and the equipment they have in there now already looks brand new. No Lunk Alarm has gone off yet and I have never seen andy food there yet! I do enjoy my tootsie roll, post workout, before I leave the gym,lol. For a place that is "judgement free zone" I find it ironic too have a Lunk Alarm to hit for buff dudes that grunt and drop weights!
So far it is the best $10 a month I have spent!

Tweetthey do have really nice facilities baby1. you have to watch for the advertisements for the pizza and bagels haha. they are the only franchise that has never had one of their businesses go under. that's what one of the coorparate guys told me.

TweetYesterday was day 6 of week 6! It has probably been 10 years since I went to the gym 6 times in a week. Best thing for me is to get it done early in the morning, but yesterday I dont think I was fully awake yet,lol. Took me a it to figure a machine out. I am shooting for getting their during chirping birdie hour when the sun is getting ready to rise.

Tweetit's great you are stringing together the consistency. that's the key and the hardest part for most people. put the blinders on focus and get as much done as you are able to on a consistent basis. when you come out the back side you will be very happy

TweetStated phase 3 of this program I am following, yesterday. An hour of arms, and abs, then followed with some cardio. Usually I have done cardio first, but with this it has you doing it after...I am liking that. Arms are feeling a bit sore today, but not real bad. I do a quick post workout breathing meditation, and I feel it really helps relax my body. On to day 2 , phase 3 week 7! Java cheers!

TweetJust got home from the Planet. Leg and cardio day and on the way out they had a ton of bagels, shmear and coffee! Grabbed me a cinnamon crunch bagel before I walked out. I am famished after legs and it tasted fantastic!

TweetLast day of week 7 here. I thought it would e ahard to get back into but it has eengoing well. I did a few new exercises this week then I have done before. They felt a it awkward but to me, that means growth. I like the change up of things for sure!!!
