TweetGreat thread! In an effort to work toward my meal prep goals, I made some of these yesterday morning.
8eggs
6 egg whites
dash salt n pepper
red bell pepper
broccoli (cooked)
scallions
a bit of skin milk
Chopped the veggies up
Threw it all together
Whisked it away
Filled the muffin tins
Cooked on 350 for 20 minutes
..did a quick kitchen dance
Boom! Out of the oven and into Fuzo's mouth
I didn't figure the macros, BUT I know it's all good
