Started working with a bodybuilding nutritionist/coach in January and I’ve gone from 206 pounds with a bf% of 35.6 (according to the scale that my coach says is totally inaccurate) to last Friday at 178.6 with bf% of 24.7 (that my coach says is still off and he’s guessing 15-18% bf by my pics)
Lots of old school training and cardio and following his diet plan.
