I didnt think there was anything that could help heal it but it seems time off did a lot for me. Since I went hard with gear and training mid 2018 this is the first time back in the gym with my full attention and I feel great.
^^^That's awesome! I know the feeling. I just got off a 5 month break which was the longest I've ever taken a break from the gym besides moments in my military career where I didn't have access to a gym, but still got it in with flak vest training lol. Some times your body needs something like that. I'm about a month and a half back in full tilt and catching back up quick.
