you can try to find an incline machine or hammer strength incline. not much else will hit your upper chest other than that that i am aware of. well db pullovers when you keep your butt down and lay across the bench does also but may hammer your issue even more. all are worth a try
Thats what I started to do this past chest day. I have to scoot my butt towards the end of the seat to take some stress out of the shoulder and I only had pain for one day so far thats the best that Ive found so far.
