Did the following for back.
Pulldowns - 10 sets
Seated Rows 5 sets
Straight Arm Pull downs 5 sets
Was pumped and shot after training. Still have to force the food down. Hope this gets better soon.

Been having some great workouts and have decided to adjust my diet and do a modified keto diet and drop a few of these extra pounds. The EQ is kicking in and veins are starting to pop.
I have also been working out with a young lady that is wanting to do a contest next year. She is a beast in the gym and doesn't play, she just puts in her ear buds and hit the weights and crushes it. No Cardio bunny for sure, but the real deal. With over a solid year to train, I cannot wait to see what she is able to do.

Seated machine pulldowns with a neutral grip 7 sets
Seated rows - 1 arm for several sets and a couple of sets with both arms
Hammer high rows - 2 sets - felt something in my low back so called it on this exercise
Straight arm pulldowns - 5 sets

TweetHad several good training session over the last several days. I am up over 5 pounds and have been getting in a lot of red meat and chicken. I have finally got this keto thing dialed in. Have cut out all the junk food and focusing on getting in quality food and supplementing if I need it.
Looking forward to seeing what the next several weeks will produce.
