TweetA couple weeks ago I decided that I want to train with Fuzo. Do exactly what he does with no crabbing about it, lol. Just made him aware of my boundaries that when I say that's enough, it is, cause I know my body. So far so good. We are in a different palce in life, after 31 years together. Now I think his regimen is a bit different BUT I can appreciate that. There is no one size fits all. He is an Aquarian after all...Damn grateful, and proud of him! So lets grow!
