It''s been off, and on, for the past 2 weeks. Killer, whole side of body, nerve pain, BUT...feeling better today. I knew it wouldn't last, just had to ride it out.

Had a good session today, but didn't overdo it. No cardio but I kept myself moving between sets, instead of resting. Kept my heart rate up and it felt good. Hit the hydro massage bed after, grabbed my tootsie roll, and out the door!

Today is a good day!
