TweetYesterday was leg day and I increased the weight. Feelin sore today but it's that good sore...the kind that feels like progress! I was going to throw cardio in after but I got the nauseated shakes so I grabbed something quick and sat in the massage chair instead,lol
Seated leg curl, super-set with leg extensions – 3 X 10
Walking BB lunges (long stride), super-set with seated abductor machine (outer thigh) – 3 X 20
Lying leg curl, super-set with adductor machine (inner thigh) – 3 X 15
Stiff-legged deadlift – 3 X 10
Single leg BB squat (using bench) – 3 X 10
Leg press (wide stance) – 1 giant drop-set to failure
Seated calf raise – 3 X 20
Standing calf raise – 3 X 20
