      looks like a good one to me baby1. looks like everything was in order to me. only thing i wouldnt do is start biceps with a stretching movement like incline db curl or preacher curls. always want a movement like bb or stand db curls to get your distal tendon completely warmed up before putting it under a stretch. other than that it looks like you are killing it

      Thanks guns, I appreciate it. I will change it up and start that way next session. Certainly want to be warmed up so I can keep going withoursetbacks.
