Stated phase 3 of this program I am following, yesterday. An hour of arms, and abs, then followed with some cardio. Usually I have done cardio first, but with this it has you doing it after...I am liking that. Arms are feeling a bit sore today, but not real bad. I do a quick post workout breathing meditation, and I feel it really helps relax my body. On to day 2 , phase 3 week 7! Java cheers!
