Yesterday was day 6 of week 6! It has probably been 10 years since I went to the gym 6 times in a week. Best thing for me is to get it done early in the morning, but yesterday I dont think I was fully awake yet,lol. Took me a it to figure a machine out. it's great you are stringing together the consistency. that's the key and the hardest part for most people. put the blinders on focus and get as much done as you are able to on a consistent basis. when you come out the back side you will be very happy
