I decide not to log but to work on this behind the scenes. I am a team player, but I am also a "work alone" type of person. Anyway, instead of getting a trainer to motivate me, I am following a 12 week plan that I did years ago. I am in week 6, and even though I am modifying things a bit, I am liking it. Getting to the gym 5 days a week, in the morning, and it feels great. Have some personal goals, in place, and I just have to remind myself to go easy on this. I will keep you all posted. Still have it visualized, in my future, to get on a stage one day!
