Sunday is my off day but felt a it stressed so I went and did some cardio!
Monday...
Chest, Shoulders, Abs + 30 sec sprints
Incline DB Press 3 X 15, super-set with Overhead DB Shoulder Press 3 X 15
Cable Crossovers 3 X 15, with Side-to-side Push-ups as active rests 3 X 12
One-armed Overhead DB Squat (each side) 3 X 15, with V-ups on Bench as active rests 3 X 15
Side DB Laterals 3 X 15, super-set with Upright Rows 3 X 15, with Squat Thrusts as active rests 3 X 10
Tri – set: Dips 3 X 15, Roman Chair Leg Raises 3 X 15, Standard Push-ups 3 X 15 (perform 15, 15, 15 X 3)
30 Sec sprints on treadmill (level 8 – 30 seconds on/30 seconds off)
Yesterday was rest day, but I went in and did some HIIT on the treadmill.

Increased weight this week
My body is feeling good!
Eats are in check even though I am slacking on logging my food. I eat a lot of the same, daily, and stay consistent with how often I eat.
If I get too rigid, I will get bored so I am trying to keep it balanced.
I make a point to meditate in the morning, after I wake up, and then again before bed. The difference that has made, in everything, is just unbelievable. We have our daughter doing teen yoga, and Yoga will be something I hope to add into my future!
Gotta make them goals!
i went into the aerobics studio earlier in the week to help a trainer out and my step mill lady friend was in there. they were getting ready for their yoga class and she comes over and says " hell yeah you coming in for our class?" i said hell no are you crazy, you want to see them come in with a crane to get me up out of here? she laughed at me. no yoga hot cold regular or teen in my future. i missed the teen one by a couple years i think

Feeling good with the increase in sets, and weights. Soreness is minimal and for me the massage hydobed, or chair, is helping this. I really focus on the muscle groups I am working, during each rep, so foucsed that if someone said hi I would probably jump,lol.
Eating is going well, but haven't been logging. I can still stay pretty disciplined but do allow a treat here and there
Good training week last week! I am starting to see some good changes and this makes me more motivated to get to my goals. Took Saturday, and Sunday off! Back at it today...pumped and ready!
Today's focus is on upper body. I am increasing weight, and adding more things into this session. Cardio after and massage!

Good leg session, on Tuesday. Took a rest day yesterday, tweaked something after Tuesdays legs. Going today but training with some modifications. My body needs a bit of TLC

Holy Moly!!! The past 10 days have een YIKES! Made it to the gym just for hydro massage. Today feelin a less pained so its off I go
It''s been off, and on, for the past 2 weeks. Killer, whole side of body, nerve pain, BUT...feeling better today. I knew it wouldn't last, just had to ride it out.
Had a good session today, but didn't overdo it. No cardio but I kept myself moving between sets, instead of resting. Kept my heart rate up and it felt good. Hit the hydro massage bed after, grabbed my tootsie roll, and out the door!
Today is a good day!
