Yesterday was leg day and I increased the weight. Feelin sore today but it's that good sore...the kind that feels like progress! I was going to throw cardio in after but I got the nauseated shakes so I grabbed something quick and sat in the massage chair instead,lol
Seated leg curl, super-set with leg extensions – 3 X 10
Walking BB lunges (long stride), super-set with seated abductor machine (outer thigh) – 3 X 20
Lying leg curl, super-set with adductor machine (inner thigh) – 3 X 15
Stiff-legged deadlift – 3 X 10
Single leg BB squat (using bench) – 3 X 10
Leg press (wide stance) – 1 giant drop-set to failure
Seated calf raise – 3 X 20
Standing calf raise – 3 X 20
yeah no kidding you had the shakes. that looks like a good intense one for sure
Yesterdays day was packed but I made time to get in and do some cardio, abs, and massage. What I am really happy about is my body is doing pretty well and not flaring up. I am focusing on slow progress, and mind to muscle on every rep. Visualizing heavier weight than I am liftin. Does it work? Well it seems to be for me:). Anyway, just feeling a whole lot better these past 4 months than I have in years and I am coming up on 51! Good numbers goin on. Now off to the day

Our trip too Colorado took a bit out of me... I still have een managing to get myself to the gym but haven't been working as hard as I like. This morning I am feelin fantastic so its off to the gym I go to do legs, abs and some steady cardio.
Yesterday I just focused on those smaller, but important muscles...all arms. Abs n cardio too! Massage chair and a tootsie roll after.

Still kickin here! Yesterday was just cardio and massage. This flare up has knocked me a down a little, as far as the gym goes. I am getting there to do something though. As soon as our daughter gets back in school, I am back at it full force.
good to get the blood flowing and everything moving around with whatever you are able to do. keep kicking it baby1
Im here...a bit slacking on my daily log check in. Things will start calming down in a couple more weeks.
