finished Wednesday night off with an apple and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

      thursday:
      woke up around 9am again
drank of a bottle of sparkling water with half a lemon squeezed into it.

      at lunch around 2pm
chipotle - bowl, white rice, pinto beans, double chicken, double mild (tomato), hot sauce, cheese, lettuce. about 900 calories
had a bite of my sons cheese pizza slice and 1 pack of Mott's gummy snacks.

dinner was 6.37oz of tilapia, 1 cup white rice.
4oz of blonde rum and 1 can of Coke Zero.

later on i made a protein pancake and ate half of it.
was made with 3 whole eggs, almond milk, 1/2 service of Kodak pancake mix, cinnamon and stevia. Normally I almost mix 1 scoop of protein powder in with it but I didn't want the extra calories so I just used the eggs. I ate it with low carb, low calories, zero sugar syrup.

Ended the night off with another apple and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. I've been weighing the tablespoons to make sure its not way over.

No exercise or anything but I spend a few hours walking around the mall trying to find a suite for my friends wedding.

      Friday:
      woke up around 9 again.
      was super hungry yesterday

1 bottle of sparkling water with half a lemon in the morning

I ate my first meal around 11:30am - was starving
ate the other half of the protein pancake I made on Wednesday night.

      lunch around 3:30:
      4.12oz of steak with
      7.01oz of sweet potato
      also had about 15 shrimp

      dinner was about 7pm
I had more shrimp - totaling 27 for the day.
had x3 2oz drinks of blonde rum over the course of about 6 hours with 1.5 cans of coke zero.
I mad another protein pancake this time I did add the protein powder and ate half for dinner.

      snacks:
      1 lindor truffle ball
      1 Mott's gummy pack
2 cups of boom chika kettle corn

At about 9pm I did 30 minutes of cardio on the bike.

was stuck at 273lbs the past 2 days
woke up today 271lbs. - down 14lbs so far and honestly feeling great.

I cleaned up the garage a little more yesterday. Going to do a little more work on it today. Hopefully have the garage gym in a useable condition in a wee and ill slowly add in probably 3 workouts per week for now.

My goals right now are to drop down to about 250lbs then switch from a weight loss only goal to a lean muscle building goal. Hopefully continuing to burn the fat while replacing it back with lean muscle and working my way down somewhere into the 230lbs range but leaner than ever.

I carry a lot of weight. im tall and have big legs. even when I was the fittest and skinniest of my life after bait training I still weighted 200lbs.

Thanks man, I'm trying! I'm feeling really good and unlike the last few times I'm actually enjoying logging my meals and figuring out what I can and cant eat. Its not a chore this time, I'm actually looking forward to logging everything for once. My goal right now is 80-20. 80% good clean food and 20% kind of whatever I want but even within that 20% I'm make much better choices. Instead of eating half a bag of chips while watching tv I'm eating apples and peanut butter and instead of fries I'm doing salads but I'm measuring the dressing.

Honestly it sounds counter productive but I'm not prepping anything. I'm actually following along much better without meal prep.

I get annoyed spending 2-3 hours prepping, cooking and cleaning for the week and I hate dry rice and chicken.

I cook enough chicken and rice for 2 maybe 3 meals and that's it. So its always fresh and juicy still. I usually only cook enough fish for dinner and 1 extra meal the next day.
The only time I'm prepping right now is when I'm going to be away all day and cant cook or when I cook a bunch of meat in the crock pot.

Once I start incorporating workouts I will start meal prepping a little bit, because my only complaint right now is I'm NOT eating enough protein. So to ensure I'm eating adequate protein ill meal prep a couple meals throughout the day to make sure I'm hitting my targets.

I'm also fasting so I'll trey to wait until I can get home and cook something before I eat or ill get chipotle. As you can see I eat there a lot lol. Its cheap, its at least somewhat healthy and I enjoy it and I can count at least to an 85-90% accuracy the macros. I spend more on a burger meal at wendys then I do at chipotle so its my go to place for food when I don't want to or cant cook.

Right now my sole goal is to slowly turn this into a habit and back into an enjoyable hobby and to lose fat. I will start adding more calories, more protein and being slightly more strict on prepping/eating once I lose about 20 more pounds or so. at least that's the plan right now.

      Sunday:

Sparkling water and strike force energy drink packet with half a lemon squeezed in it

ate around 11:30 - plain bagel with the inside scooped out with egg and cheese inside.

lunch - 4.55oz ground chicken, 1.05oz cheddar cheese, 1 cup spanish rice, some jalapeños and some hot sauce.

      dinner
2oz of rum, half a can of coke zero.
1 cup of white rice, 1 cup of mixed veggies, 10.15oz of chicken breast,

finished the night off night off with an apple and 2 tbl spoon peanut butter.

I didnt keep track but yesterday was definitely the most water ive drank in a day in a long time. Trying to slowly work my way up to a minimum of 1 gallon per day.

Just thought I'd drop in an give an update.

So I stopped training but have been still trying to eat at least half way decent just doing a little bit too much snacking and a too much drinking. I had to put both of my dogs down recently and it really sent me into a depression, those dogs were quite literally my best friends. I have kind of recovered a bit but still struggling mentally but really trying to push my way through it instead of fall into old habits. My best friend from my military times came and stayed with me for a few days recently and that was the pick me up I really needed, I was really not doing good before that.

That being said for the first time in years I have actually kept the weight off. I am sitting around 260-264 and floating around that area with my lowest weight being 258. my highest was about 296 so I'm about 30-35lbs down and holding. SO I'm very thankful I didn't immediately rebound and eat shit again for once.

I still am eating decent and holding myself to that but forcing myself to train has been very difficult. So that's my goal now, keep eating the way I am now but try to be a little more consistent but my focus is just forcing myself to actually work out.

I am less focused on the scale number now and more how my body physically looks. Ideally I would like to lose another 20-30lbs and get much leaner and harden up.

I'm still here, still trying and still going to achieve my goals this time, just a few road bumps and I'm sure there will be a few more. The best ive been in years though.

I want to hop back on a cycle, I think it will be the boost I need but all the gear I have left is a few years old a this point, tried to pin the test a few times and it just knots up and hurts like hell so probably time to renew my stash and get fresh gear.

Part of the reason I stopped the log is because FG has slowed down and I am not interested in going to other forums really, this place has always been home. Internet forums just ain't what they used to be and I hate change lol.

      Thank you! still at it.

Been eating pretty good since the last post and have been getting into the gym about 5 days a week. So right now I am just trying to keep that up.

The majority of my diet is:

      1-2 cups of egg whites
      1 slice of cheese
      3 whole eggs
1 cup of rice or 1 packet of grits
      +
chipotle a few days a week for lunch or dinner (white rice, pinto beans, double chicken, mild+hot, cheese, lettuce)
      +
Chicken and rice 1-2 times per day (sometimes sub chicken for fish/steak) and occasionally add salad or veggies
      +
2 scoops of protein powder in water.

snacking is a salty peanut butter nature valley bar 1-2 and/or an unfrosted pop tarts.

calorie goal is roughly 2,100-2,300 per day on none workout days and a little more on workout days maybe 2,500 with overall goal of being in a deficit. Was not really focused on anything outside of seeing the number on the scale drop so basically was calories in and calories out while attempting to be at least 90% clean with the focus on hitting my protein goal per day. I admit without the protein shakes the protein goal is a little low, I'm a little heavy on carbs but without them I want to snack badly.

Well see where this thing takes me.

No gear yet, although I'm considering it. I just want to prove to myself I can be consistent with the workouts first.
I have been pinning some HGH but its turning into red spots that hurt for 1-2 days then itch for 1-2 days. Not terrible or unbearable but annoying and a little worrisome of its purity. I have always had weird reactions to certain shots so I am not sure if its just my body, unpure HGH, a reaction to the BA, or if its 192aa hgh instead of 191 which I have heard can cause this and some people get an immune response to. Maybe its a combination of everything. Outside of the redness and bump for a few days ive had no side effects positive or negative. I am only on 2iu's while I'm testing through these issues. I have heard some people it goes away after a few weeks as their bodies get used to it. I tried doubling the bac water and it didn't make a difference.

My original hgh plan was was 11-12 months.
      Month 1: 2ius
      Month 2: 3ius
      Month 3+4: 4ius
Month 5+: 5ius (once on 5ius per day just run until I run out of GH)

I am considering adding cycling clen in now to help accelerate the fat loss.

Gear I'm considering is Test E, Tren E cycle with mabe 4 weeks dbol to kick things off and maybe 50mg/ed of proviron throughout.
