      add in 2 servings of fiber one with your last meal of the day and then after a week or two add in one serving after your first meal. i use the walmart brand one that's similar to metamucil. get the sugar free one because they ones with sugar are worthless. i dont have ibs but i have destroyed guts that they have no idea what it is and that has helped me out big time. if you are going to be eating a lot of broc then add in a bit of sour kraut or kimchi. broc will irritate the shit out of your guts solo in a lot of people. i have tons of tricks and tips to get guts as close to good as possible

      I’ve been killing the broccoli lately I wonder if that’s the issue, it never even crossed my mind. I’ve prettt much had it everyday and I eat a lot of it.

      I’ll definitely grab some fiber. I’ll check for sugar. I’ve been steering clear of sugar unless it’s from the fruit.

      I did eat 1 gummy bear yesterday though lmao.

      I didn’t know they made gummies. I’ll have to try. I was doing the apple cider thing in the morning, that lasted for about 3-4 days and I said idc how great this stuff is, it ain’t worth it lmao.

      Thinking about waking up early from now on (during the week) and doing fasted cardio.

      Probably 25ish minutes on the assault bike. Probably switch back if fourth, interval training one day and steady state the next and so on.

      I will be getting a lot of cardio from my evening classes and my Saturday ruck/bag workouts so I’m not looking to go ham on the cardio. This is basically all for fat loss purposes.

      Is it ok to eat after fasted cardio or should a wait a certain period of time before eating anything?

      So update:

      Only ate the pineapple for breakfast.

      Lunch I ate most of the chicken. Maybe about 4oz if I had to guess not 100% sure

      Didn’t eat the orange.

      Water intake is ok but needs work. Probably about 3/4 a gallon total today.

      Didn’t eat anything between lunch and my class.

      Mauy Thai was a kick in the dick. Had a lot of fun though. Class size is real small and my instructor is a real cool guy. Working a log of cardio and core workouts into the basics.

      Dinner so far is a salsberry steak my wife made with mushrooms and a gravy sauce. Probably about the size of your fist. So far that’s all I’ve made but I’ll probably eat some more. It’s already 9:30pm so I don’t wanna eat to much before bed.

      Probably have some pineapple or something simple again, staying away from broccoli for the moment lol.
      I have cauliflower mash I can make or cauliflower rice but I’m honestly to lazy lol.

      Im going to finish this meal, sit in the hot tub for about 20 minutes, probably eat a sugar free vanilla pudding and go to bed lol

      Quick update,
      Hot dog and Gatorade zero consumed lmao.

      30 minutes in the hot tub. Now time for shower and bed.

      Slept great lastnight.

      Breakfast was some pineapple

      Lunch was a 3 egg inlet with bacon and ham and sausage and jalepano
      With a side of fruit, basically half a strawberry 1/4 a banana and some melon. Also had 1 biscuit, I know it’s not keto and whatever but the breakfast place I was at has the best home made biscuits.

      Was not outside much today so not sure how much water I drank but it wasn’t as much as yesterday.

      Went to my fitness class today. 2 rounds of kettlebell work, lots of lunges and squats and 2 rounds of ab work, plants and things.

      Then we went on to bag work, 3 rounds of bag work with different combinations, in between rounds was a short 15 second break then into some
      Form of a 30 second burnout then the next round.

      Ended with 60 seconds of mountain climbers which killed me off. I’m ashamed to admit how bad my cardio and core has gotten over the last few years.

      Killed 1.5 scoops of standard whey chocolate in water after the workout.

      Just chilling right now.

      Dinner will be taco salad and Gatorade zero.
      Ground beef with taco seasoning.
      Fresh cut tomatoes
      Cheddar cheese
      Shredded Lettuce
      Taco sauce in a bowl.

      Again not measuring just eating till I’m full basically.

      After that will probably do 30 minutes in the hot tub, shower and lay down.

      Tomorrow will be another round of shots, I’ve fallen behind a little but I’ll get back in track tomorrow.

      I don’t want to pin before bed, j like to pin then be active and force the oil around in the muscle, preferably before a workout. I get little to no pain this way.

      Stomach was a little better today going to go a few more days with vitamins and broccoli and see how it goes. If all is well I will add the vitamins back in 1 by one until we rule that out.

      Not gonna lie I’m pretty sore and tired lol. Tomorrow is another mauy Thai class so I’m hoping to make that. Will keep updating.

      Yesterday was a rough day.

      Breast fast was a protein shake, 2 scoops.

      Was outside in the sun all day, wasnt hunry so no lunch.

      Got home and at the rest of the taco stuff,
      Again ground beef with taco season,
      Hot suave
      Tomato’s
      Cheddar cheese, no lettuce this time

      I had a bowl of cerise later with unsweet almond milk

      Finished the night off with about half a pint of the keto ice cream which is very low in cards and sugar depending on the flavor.

      Didn’t drink as much water as I wanted yesterday and no workout.

      Today the goal is more water

      Breakfast is another protein shake.

      Will update more later

      So to continue where I left off.

      Lunch was chipotle
      Lettuce
      No rice
      No beans
      Grilled veggies
      Mild and hot suave
      Cheese
      Double steak.

      No workout, friday was date night. I had 2 vodka sprites.

      Calamari

      Dinner was a pasta dish with a thing suace and a chili sauce. Comes with scallops and shrimp and some garlic bread.


      Saturday:

      No workout, finally a weekend without rain so I needed to get some work around the house done.

      Breakfast was a couple eggs.

      No lunch, lots of water but not enough I’m the Florida heat.

      Dinner was 2 burgers no bread with cheddar cheese and bacon into the patty. Also green beans.

      Finished the night off with pineapple and a sugar free pudding.

      Sunday:

      Purposely slept in, trying to get com recovery.

      Breakfast was a couple eggs and a cup of diet cranberry juice. Oh also had 1 eggo waffle with a keto sugar free syrup.

      Also had some pineapple.

      Rest of the day will be water.

      Going to head outside and do some more work around the house, sweat my ass off.

      I’m still hungry, might grab some nuts and eat then because I’m craving carbs, probably from the large carb spike Friday.
