Yesterday was a rough day.

Breast fast was a protein shake, 2 scoops.

Was outside in the sun all day, wasnt hunry so no lunch.

Got home and at the rest of the taco stuff,
Again ground beef with taco season,
Hot suave
Tomato’s
Cheddar cheese, no lettuce this time

I had a bowl of cerise later with unsweet almond milk

Finished the night off with about half a pint of the keto ice cream which is very low in cards and sugar depending on the flavor.

Didn’t drink as much water as I wanted yesterday and no workout.

Today the goal is more water

Breakfast is another protein shake.
