So update:

Only ate the pineapple for breakfast.

Lunch I ate most of the chicken. Maybe about 4oz if I had to guess not 100% sure

Didn’t eat the orange.

Water intake is ok but needs work. Probably about 3/4 a gallon total today.

Didn’t eat anything between lunch and my class.

Mauy Thai was a kick in the dick. Had a lot of fun though. Class size is real small and my instructor is a real cool guy. Working a log of cardio and core workouts into the basics.

Dinner so far is a salsberry steak my wife made with mushrooms and a gravy sauce. Probably about the size of your fist. So far that’s all I’ve made but I’ll probably eat some more. It’s already 9:30pm so I don’t wanna eat to much before bed.

Probably have some pineapple or something simple again, staying away from broccoli for the moment lol.
I have cauliflower mash I can make or cauliflower rice but I’m honestly to lazy lol.

Im going to finish this meal, sit in the hot tub for about 20 minutes, probably eat a sugar free vanilla pudding and go to bed lol
