Thinking about waking up early from now on (during the week) and doing fasted cardio.

Probably 25ish minutes on the assault bike. Probably switch back if fourth, interval training one day and steady state the next and so on.

I will be getting a lot of cardio from my evening classes and my Saturday ruck/bag workouts so I’m not looking to go ham on the cardio. This is basically all for fat loss purposes.

Is it ok to eat after fasted cardio or should a wait a certain period of time before eating anything?
