I’ve been killing the broccoli lately I wonder if that’s the issue, it never even crossed my mind. I’ve prettt much had it everyday and I eat a lot of it.

I’ll definitely grab some fiber. I’ll check for sugar. I’ve been steering clear of sugar unless it’s from the fruit.

I did eat 1 gummy bear yesterday though lmao.
