Food today was:

Eggs 3-4 maybe ( wife made it for me lol)
2 pieces of bacon
A couple pieces of pineapples

No lunch

Dinner was like a piece and a half of chicken thighs, some cauliflower rice and a bunch of broccoli.
Washed it down with sugar free Gatorade.




I’m keeping the gear low so I can avoid some of the issues that arise with the higher gear usage when doing the martial arts and other training I’m doing. If I was strictly doing weights I’d up my dosages for sure.

Gear I’m currently running, just started week 3:
Test E: 300mg-ish per week
Tren E: 150mg-ish per week
Aromasin 12.5mg/eod
Ostarine: 20mg/Ed
Cardarine: 20mg/Ed

Gear I’m going to start here soon:
HGH 4ius per day for the entire year. 6 days on 1 day off.
T3 12.5-25mcg per day.

Supplements:
B12
D3
Magnesium
Tudca
Green superfood (1 scoop daily with breast fast)



I was not going to run tren, so I could avoid the hit I take on the cardio side. Plus I run hot and the extra body heat and sweating makes me miserable lol.

But I know the power tren has, Ive seen what tren can do to my body and eventually decided a small weekly dose would have more pros then cons for me personally.

So that’s it for now. Will try and keep updating from here out.
