      Dinner last night was garlic butter steak and Salas with ranch dressing no vodka but a ton of crab.

      Breakfast today was keto coffee

      Lunch was double steak bowl from chipotle
      No rice, no beans, lettuce, tomato, hat sauce and cheese

      Dinner tonight was two patties 80/20 beef and a gravy sauce (wife forgot the mushrooms.) I didn’t measure but just I guess average home made burger size (fat hockey pucks maybe)

      Also cauliflower mashed potatoes with bacon bits

      I also ate 4 little white cheddar cheese wheel snack things.

      I’ve had 2 crabs no vodka but about to pour one up for the homework.

      Might make a salad or something I’m still a little hungry.

      Depending on how long the homework takes might hit a little workout or some cardio as well.

      I’m doing ok.

      Still sticking to everything but had some halloween candy, can’t wait for this to be over I can’t help myself lol.

      Got a ton of work done and needed a break. Had a cheat meal and ate some pizza and had a rum and coke.

      Been insanely busy and havnt had much time lately so I’ve skipped some logs but I’m still on it

      Hey everyone sorry for the lack of logging. Season is really picking up and my semester is ending so I have been swamped and just so beat. I have been sticking to the diet pretty well not 100% but it’s been just enough to keep me sane without screwing anything up. I’m just glad halloween is gone. I can make healthier food choices during the holidays but I can’t resist candy lol.

      I’m feeling great, I have no checked the scale since the last weight but my pants aren’t tight anymore I’m using more belt loops then before and people are making comments about my weight loss. So I’m pretty happy about the progress consisting the minimal effort I’ve put in so far.

      Doing a lot of home improvement project this month so might not do a daily logs but will try to pop in at least weekly for updates. Hopefully will get back to logging regularly after thanks giving.

      Dude, just stumbled onto this and thank you for it. It's about where I'm at. Good luck with new log. I'll be doin sumpin similar, focusing on getting in shape, mind body and spirit. I was weird about it cause it will be such a diff log. This gave me inspiration. Thanks bro

      Glad to hear it man. This was from a while ago I feel off pretty good from this back I’m back so we’ll see where it goes from here. I guess I’ll just keep updating this one from here.

      Ok so all the posts before this one are old, as per the dates. This will be my starting point.
      I’m not even going to read the shit I wrote before lol.

      I’m in a better place mental and working really hard to stay that way.
      I’ve been sober for about 3ish weeks now, I’m not honestly counting. I will have some drinks socially now and then so I’m not - not ever drinking again but I’m going to cut out the daily drinking and shit.

      I am on keto currently.

      all I’m drinking is water and occasional green unsweet tea.

      Going to have 1 sugar free propel or Gatorade per day from now on, probably post workout for the electrolytes, I need the extra support for hydration while on keto.

      Start weight was 185lbs.


      My diet is mostly eggs, cauliflower rice, broccoli, bacon, chicken thighs, steak, carrots and ranch dressing.

      I eat some pineapple or a carrot once per day usually. It really helps with my sweet tooth and it’s turned into my desert basically. I like eat it 3/4 through the day for the sugar boost instead of a coffee or something.

      I’m not weighing my food or counting any macros. Not the best for someone trying to lose weight but it’s been much easier to follow my diet just eating clean and simple and eating until I’m full and calling it a day.

      Most meals are like some broccoli and 1 chicken thigh.

      The morning is an egg burrito, it’s whole eggs, bacon, green or red pepper, mushroom and mixed together in a veggie wrap with very low carbs. Again I don’t measure, I make the egg mixture in bulk and put as much as I can into the wrap and still able to roll it.

      I’m eating 3 meals per day and staying pretty full and barely snacking or having cravings. If I do I eat carrots and ranch, mixed nuts or some fruit.

      Occasionally dabble in these keto ice creams from the grocery store.


      I’ve been on keto for about 3 weeks as well. I have keto test strips and test everyday twice per day to make sure I’m staying where I need to be.

      I had my last pizza for a while this last Friday.

      I’ve been doing very minor workouts around the house while I’m still setting up my gym.

      I live in FL and it’s been HOT and I’ve been outside pretty much all day all weekend the last 2 weekends doing hose work sweating my ass off.

      Tomorrow starts my training.
      5-6 days per week of training, sunday always the off day.

      2 days per week, 1hr per day of crossfit style martial arts fitness classes
      2days per week 1hr per day Muay Thai classes.

      My squat rack gets here Wednesday.

      For weightlifting I’ll be doing a full body workout over a 3 day split of weights, goal is heavy weight low reps since I’ll be doing a lot of body weight and cardio in the classes.

      Saturday I will be doing a military inspired workout.
      I will be tucking for time. 4 miles with 45lbs not including water. After the ruck will be a short break, then will be a full body workout with a sandbag.

      We will play with the workouts eat week. Some weeks might be trying to be my best 4 mile time. Some weeks might be more weight, some days might be more miles.

      On days when we go hard on the ruck we will probably skip the bag workout.

      I have a rogue assault bike. I will probably do about 30 minutes of cardio per day, 5 days per week as well (not on ruck days and not on Sunday’s)

      At this point I’m trying to lose weight while gaining function strength and muscle.

      Starting weight 285lbs

      Goal is somewhere around 230lbs but functionally fit and hopefully somewhat lean.

      Food today was:

      Eggs 3-4 maybe ( wife made it for me lol)
      2 pieces of bacon
      A couple pieces of pineapples

      No lunch

      Dinner was like a piece and a half of chicken thighs, some cauliflower rice and a bunch of broccoli.
      Washed it down with sugar free Gatorade.




      I’m keeping the gear low so I can avoid some of the issues that arise with the higher gear usage when doing the martial arts and other training I’m doing. If I was strictly doing weights I’d up my dosages for sure.

      Gear I’m currently running, just started week 3:
      Test E: 300mg-ish per week
      Tren E: 150mg-ish per week
      Aromasin 12.5mg/eod
      Ostarine: 20mg/Ed
      Cardarine: 20mg/Ed

      Gear I’m going to start here soon:
      HGH 4ius per day for the entire year. 6 days on 1 day off.
      T3 12.5-25mcg per day.

      Supplements:
      B12
      D3
      Magnesium
      Tudca
      Green superfood (1 scoop daily with breast fast)



      I was not going to run tren, so I could avoid the hit I take on the cardio side. Plus I run hot and the extra body heat and sweating makes me miserable lol.

      But I know the power tren has, Ive seen what tren can do to my body and eventually decided a small weekly dose would have more pros then cons for me personally.

      So that’s it for now. Will try and keep updating from here out.

      Ok so I guess we will technically call this day 1:

      Last night was about 3-4 hours of sleep. 90% me being an idiot and not realizing what time it was before bed and part my stomach.

      Without trying to gross anyone out, Idk what’s going on but I’ve had diarrhea off and on for about 2 weeks. I thought it was the green superfood so I stopped that for a couple days, not that.
      Thought it was my egg burritos, not that either.
      So next step is my vitamins. I’m not taking any of the vitamins for a few days and see if that helps. If that’s it I’ll narrow it down to see whats causing it. I’m taking magnesium which I know can cause diarrhea.

      I know it’s not the sarms because I’ve only been on those a few days.

      It’s possible it’s my medication which would be a huge downer because so far what I’m taking has drastically changed my life and I can’t see myself ever getting off.

      I also have IBS, so frequent stomach and bathroom problems are very common for me it just seems to be elevated lately so I’m trying to see if there’s a reason why or if it’s just my body.

      No late night snacks or anything. Chilled in the hot tub for about 2 hours last while it rained (it’s under an aluminum cover, so it’s very relaxing in the rain.

      Breakfast today will be a couple pieces of pineapple and a small piece of chicken thigh, I don’t have any breakfast burritos prepared yet, might do that tonight. Sometimes I’m not hungry in the morning and right now I’m not that hungry, so I may just leave the chicken and it it with my lunch chicken.

      Lunch will be a large piece of chicken thigh and that’s it. I forgot to prepare my lunchbox the night before which I usually always do so I was limited on time this morning.

      I will eat an orange around 3ish.

      Tonight is my first official mauy Thai class.

      Oh one last thing, yesterday was my first Memorial Day sober since 2016-17.

      It was rough but I tried to stay off the internet, I shared my couple posts and said my peace and Remembered my guys but then I got off. It actually rained all day and I still just went outside and did any sort of housework I could to stay busy.
