Yesterday

Breakfast was keto coffee

Lunch was a sals with some turkey and chicken and a hard boiled egg in it

Dinner was 4 eggs with the fixings and 2 smokes sausages

I had 3/4 pink of ice cream was it was this special keto ice cream and has like almost no carbs or sugar. I didn’t want to eat the whole thing I should have put some in a bowl but fuck it.

I worked out a little yesterday.
Couple bi tri workouts and some trap workouts

Physically can see a difference in my gut.
Haven’t weight again yet.

Unsure of what’s for dinner yet possibly eggs again.

Feel good but really tired
