Wife made an amazing keto crockpot jambalaya I ate too much off lol.

Desert was sugar free jello, the green one really hits the spot for sugar cravings lately.


Breakfast today is coffee and water,

Lunch will be left over jambalaya. Goal is finish a gallon of water today.

Im feeling pretty good. Still not much drive to workout but it will come. Im actually loving my new diet so that means I’ll actually stick to it.
