Re: SFG’s “lets be honest I probably won’t follow through” journal
So to finish last night off I had about 4 pork rinds and a sugar free jello.
Woke up early and did 30 minutes of cardio. I didn’t go hard, I need to ease my way back in but I did about 8 miles on my little CrossFit stationary bike.
Weigh in this morning was 278
I’m 2 bottles of water deep for the day which is a nice head start. About to make my coffee and usual 4 egg and veggie with bacon breakfast and coffee.
Lunch will be the last of the left over chicken thighs with mixed nuts and possibly a hard boiled egg
and I’ll meal prep something else tonight for the rest of the weeks lunch.
I’m also attempting to drink this green superfood drink right now lol.
