skipped breakfast today but i had kept coffee
its just black coffee with gee butter, pink sea salt and something else in it, i forgot lol. I honestly just buy the remade kept coffee, i genuinely enjoy it.

NO Energy drink today!

lunch was chicken thighs in a heavy cream sauce, same as dinner the other night it was left overs, this time no cauliflower rice and i didn't weight the chicken

I also had a cheese stick and mixed nuts after

dinner was 5 whole eggs, half a bell pepper, a hand full of spinach and mushroom, half a small onions, a teaspoon of jalepanos, teaspoon of garlic.
added fresh ground black pepper, pink sea salt and cayenne pepper.

I've had maybe 3 gray goose and diet cranberries tonight.

I usually snack later at night so I might eat a hard boiled egg and sugar free jelly or maybe a couple pork rinds and a sugar free jelly.

Going to go to bed soon. ill try and wake up early and do some cardio. Well see what happens.
