Breadtfast was:
4 eggs
Half a small onion
Half a bell pepper
Teaspoon of minced garlic
A handful of baby spinach
Fresh ground pepper and sea salt
4 slices of bacon
Keto coffee

I know I’m only 2 days into dieting and 0 days into working out but I cheated today.

I didn’t plan to start my diet until Monday anyway so I suppose I’m still on top. My good friend from my deployment swung by today for a few hours, he was in town for 1 day and I have not seen him in over 2 years almost 3. so I took him out for food and drinks.

I ate a Cuban sandwich, fries, we all shared nachos and I can’t even say how many drinks I had. Maybe 7-8?

I don’t plan on eating anything else tonight, maybe a stick of cheese and I’m about to hit the sack and get a good nights sleep.


Today although it was a terrible day for food and what I’m trying to do was a great day for mental health and I needed it.

Tomorrow we are back into the diet and will probably start working out, at least cardio tomorrow.
