Had pizza for dinner pepperoni
Like 6 slices. Best pizza I had for a while.

Woke up today got a great night sleep
Started my diet today.
Meal prepping chicken, in the crock pot right now

Breakfast was
2 cups of Keto coffee
4 whole eggs
4 slices of bacon
1 cups spinach
Half a bell pepper
Half a onion
A bunch of cheese
Butter
Seasoned with pink sea salt, fresh crushed black pepper, crushed cayenne pepper and some garlic powder
