Breakfast was mixed nuts and monster zero

Lunch was chicken bowl from
Chipotle

About half a gallon down on water right now.

Weight was 280 but that was a night time weigh.
I will weight first thing tomorrow for a “starting” weight.

I have a shit ton Of things to do this weekend and I’m going out of town but the goal is to eat healthy all weekend and Monday morning starts cardio twice per day and the new meal plan if I don’t have the ability this weekend.

Haven’t decided what’s for dinner yet. Will update again later or tomorrow.
