so far today was ok.

I skipped my daily energy drink today.i drink one energy drink a day sometimes 2. terrible i know.

I had a few cups of water, 1 water bottle and a gatorade, doesn't sound like much but my usual day is a gatorade or 2 and an energy drink and no water lol.

For lunch I had 1 small slice of pizza leftover from dinner and 6 whole eggs with hot sauce and jalepanos.

I am currently making 6 whole eggs again because I'm hungry af.

I am also going to start cleaning up my garage and getting things setup so i can actually start working out.
