TweetDinner last night was garlic butter steak and Salas with ranch dressing no vodka but a ton of crab.
Breakfast today was keto coffee
Lunch was double steak bowl from chipotle
No rice, no beans, lettuce, tomato, hat sauce and cheese
Dinner tonight was two patties 80/20 beef and a gravy sauce (wife forgot the mushrooms.) I didn’t measure but just I guess average home made burger size (fat hockey pucks maybe)
Also cauliflower mashed potatoes with bacon bits
I also ate 4 little white cheddar cheese wheel snack things.
I’ve had 2 crabs no vodka but about to pour one up for the homework.
Might make a salad or something I’m still a little hungry.
Depending on how long the homework takes might hit a little workout or some cardio as well.
