tut is much more important to us for appearance than massive amounts of weight or joint stress. how much you move has zero affect for the most part. great post, we arent power lifters

That was always my point to him. I had no idea he would end up like this. But, I remember telling him several times that we were not lowerlifters, aren't we doing the just to improve the appearance of the muscle? So, WTF are you doing, you will tear your Pec or something then you are finished. But, he never did. He just got himself to be in the state of a 79 year old at 47.For what reason?

Yeah that's the craziest thing I only have pain when I do those exact movements I felt that when I do flat bench press if I bring the bar close to my chin I have no pain so it's more of a hybrid pressing movement that uses more of the upper chest

Yes!!! I naturally found time under tension this time around because I wanted to avoid the extra pain and on top of it I think I've responded even quicker now that I've been back in the gym for about 4 weeks.
