Go get it Mace ! I know how being injured can really screw up your motivation and especially you Gains , but it's all mental . You don't have to lift heavy every single time , and you don't have to work out in a way that your going to fuck something up. Just get in the gym and do what you can . I've been there , I'm actually hurting as we speak . My shoulders , rotator's , don't feel great . I've been using Peptides for healing and it has def given me relief . But I think the Peptides , BPC 157 , may be alittle under dosed ? I ordered some BPC and TB 500 from another source to see if they will give me what I need . But all in all I still hit the gym and do as much as my body will allow . Can't lift super heavy like I want to , but I'm pushing weight .
