TweetToday we have some baked cod over spinach. With old bay and hot sauce.
Also 2 stuffed peppers ove spinach and broccoli.
Will split this up and save some for tomorrow.

TweetYesterday was a roughday. Walked into a disaster at work. Didnt get to much accomplished other than getting some good food. Worked til 7pm. No complaints need the money. Today i was suppose to get off at 3p. Other guy called off. Soo im here up until 11pm. Its gonna be a Long day. On a positive note i can get in some cardio and a workout.

Just finished off 35minutes of jogging/and HIIT combo. Dam it is so humid..
These steal toes are killing me. Ive been wearing 2 pair of socks to help with my arches. They have been hurting pretty bad..
And now a nice big blister on my toe next to my pinky.. Gotta love it..
Other than that i feel dam good today!
Running some dmaa, and gw. Support supps, organizm and cycle assist.
Today i have some grilled chicken. Along with some humapro. Need to go get some extra water and maybe a rotisserie chicken. Cost about 7$ and about 160gr of protein.
Time to get rolling. Back to the dr on Friday about the shoulder.

Tonight doing the cardio....
Finished off a 30+ minute jog /HIIT combo.
Now just finished of a 25 minute jog.
Also did 2 sets of
Standard push ups
Military pushups
Diamond push ups
Gonna do some arms.
Shoulder is feeling kinda heavy.
Update in a bit.
Today i go back to discuss things with the dr. 12 or 12:30 appointment.
Kinda dragging ass. Dont want this decision to affect the family and their summer...
Gonna see what i can get done with arms.
Update later on. Get off of work at 7am.
