TweetFirst off I would like to thank Joe and TrueSelfResearch for allowing me to log Ostarine .

Today is week 1 into this product , at 2 capsules Pre-Workout , and it is exactly how Joe explained it to me.
I was interested in a pre-workout powder that would give me awesome pumps without the Stims. I also made a thread asking what members would vouch for . Well Joe contacted me, or it may have been the other way around , and told me about this product and how it will increase strength , sick pumps , gains without all that jittery feeling from a pre-workout powder.

I did some reading on Ostarine and found that what Joe said is true , AND that Ostarine can be used for healing properties. That sold me !!! I have a bad shoulder and since I've been taking it , my pressing movements have increased . The pain is almost gone , and the change I see in my body definition is DEF super pronounced.

I must say that I am running Gear , but I know the Ostarine must be helping because my shoulder feels better and I've begun to increase the weight at the gym in all my lifts .

I take it pre-workout like I said , and my workouts have been fueled , and some. I get a good sense of feeling as well.

I haven't weighed or hit any new PR's , but it's only been a week on this product. So far what I see is great and I'm looking forward to logging my complete experience for this product .
