Day 1 on Ostarine.
My workout routine is 6 days a week. The first 3 days are Heavy low rep Push, pull, legs (quad focus) Then lighter weight higher rep push, pull, legs (ham focus).
I am using Keto to drop some fat. I've ran keto once before but not very long as I had NO idea what I was doing. Now I kinda do lol

DB Side Raise: 4 x 6-8 w/35lbs (i am not very strong on this movement)
PressDowns 4x 6-8 w/60,70,70,70
Rev Grip Press Downs 4 x 6-8 with 60,70,70,70
CGBP 4 x 6-8 w/225
Smith Flat Bench Press 4 x 6-8 w/225
Flat DB Press 4 x 6-8 with 60,70,80,90
Decline Hammer Press 4 x 6-8 w/225,275,315,315
CARDIO: 20 min bike

My goal is to hit 120g pro 280-300g fat and keep carbs at 50 or less.
