Leg day ws basic but intense. Hamstring focus for me.

I am seeing a little more results with Ostarine. The feeling of fullness, tighter skin and even a slight "pump" all day. Overall i feel great and getting stronger, less winded between sets and seeing slow but steady drop in body fat.


HAMSTRINGS

Seated Leg Curl 4 x 12-15 with 120lbs
Lying Leg Curl: 4 x 10-12 with 50lbs nice and slow
"superman style" lying leg curls 4 x 8-10 .. mu god the pump was INSANE
1 leg leg press feet high 4 x 10-12 with 150lbs
Smith Machine SLDL 4 x 10-12 with 95, 145, 195, 195


CARDIO Stationary bike, 30min


Macros: finally on IF 100% 2 big meals a day within 8 hour window. 136g pro 17g carb 209g fat
*im still trying to keep protein under 120g
