Forgot to post friday but here is todays hamstring workout.
Ostarine is amazing! I look and feel so much better. I have that lean feeling still, strength and endurance are up nicely.
HAMSTRINGS
Lying Leg Curls: 4 x 12 w/70,90,110,130
Superman Lying Leg Curls: 4 x 8 w/30... these are insane. The hamstring REALLY contracts hard on these.
Seated Leg Curls: 4 x 12 w/80
1 Leg Seated Leg Curl: 3 x 8 w/30... nice and slow
Smith Machine SLDL: 5 x 12 w/115,135,155,175,195
Single Leg DB SLDL: 3 x 8 w/40 each leg
Smith Machine Somersault Squats; 4 x 10 w/135... i love this movement. destroys the legs and NO knee or hip pain.
Finished off with 20min cardio on stationary bike.
Macros for the day: 137g pro 16g carb 203g fat
Not a lot of drive today. Cold weather and I just felt sluggish. But got a decent one in.
CHEST:
Incline machine press 4x8-10 w/70,80,90,100... shit felt HEAVY
Incline DB Press 4x8 w/80lb DBs
Seated machine flys 4x10 w/100.. nice and slow with a damn good squeeze
SHOULDERS:
Hammer Press 4x8 w/185
Incline DB Side raise 4x10 w/20lbs... nice and slow, pause at top

Rev Grip Overhead ext 4x10-12 w/50

Ostarine has me feeling pumped and full all day long. Weird feeling but i actually have a slight pump and fullness feeling all day.
Ostarine is incredible. The physical feeling i am experiencing is phenomenal, mentally i feel more focused, relaxed and better sense of well being. My workouts are way better now even though i dont use heavy ass weight, i focus more on the contraction and tut.
CHEST

No cardio done. Felt great, awesome pump. I love that i can train with much lighter weight and still get the same killer workout and insane pump as i did with heavier weights.... just minus the inflamed elbows lol

Had to take a few days off, damn chest cold kicked my ass. Back at it full swing.
Leg day today, nothing too fancy as I get a little light headed going heavy due to the chest cold. Glad that mess is leaving.

Single leg leg press
225x 10, 12, 15 per leg
Single Leg press on machine using drop sets and 10 second holds (like john meadows does)
50x10 10 sec hold 30x10 10 sec hold 10x10 10 sec hold FIRE! I did each leg twice this way
BFR Leg Ext
50 x 30, 15, 15, 15, 15
Rev incline treadmill
I walked backwards on the treadmill, incline at 15. totally fried the quads more
Finished off with a few sets of calf raises and some ab work

Not much more to report with Ostarine, its working great and I've been a steady 208lbs for a few days now. maybe a week. Seeing abs more and more
