even natural sugars make it hard to loose weight. regular cheerios only have 1 gram of sugar and 17 grams of carbs after accounting for the fiber.
actually not bad. I would prefer steelcut oats but cheerios is WAY better than a bagel and WAY WAY better than a delicious, sweet, ooey gooey cinnamon roll from cinnabon.

but yeah sugar is the devil.
