Tweet2 questions:
Why did you use the decline bench to rest your arms on the rollers instead of a seated preacher?
Why did you kneel on the high pulley?
Tweet
This is like a very strict seated curl vs regular seated curl, elbows won't drift.
Kneeling at the high pulley gives you a different stretch than if you were standing with your arms at your sides. With arms I always pick three different angles of my arms relative to my body because as the angle changes so does the stretch and the tension shifts to different parts of the bicep.

TweetYesterday was one of the rare times I had someone to take photos. Normally I don't train at our gyms for obvious reasons but when I need to get an early start for work I do train at work. Yesterday I asked the trainer to get a shit of me curling and she took video while walking around me which was cool because I was able to stop at two different points and get those shots to post. It's almost incentive to spend a few mornings there to be able to get more videos to use for pics. P.s. This video does my legs no justice either so I will definitely have to get some photos of those. They aren't pro sized but better than what is shown there.

TweetI have been training but I have been slightly distracted from getting my log updated. I got a call at 7pm Tuesday night from my boss. He was getting a promotion and threw my name into the hat to take his position. I would be in charge of the six technicians if which I am currently one and be responsible for 58 clubs on both the equipment and facility maintenance. The job would require me moving to New Hampshire. I spent a lot of time that night looking at real estate prices within an hour of headquarters. Then looking at the schools districts they were in because I'm not going to move to an area with shit schools. Long story short I had my phone interview today and the position is changing its scope from what my boss currently does to more of a pure supervisor role. To me it sounded like an accounting position. I would be in charge of all the techs but it would no longer be as much of a hands on position but strictly delegation. Then it would be managing our these party vendors and managing and maximizing our budgets. Not at all what my strengths are nor what my interests are but I played along. I thought the position carried a specific pay rate and I had an idea of what it would take for it to be worth moving four hours away. Instead it is a % based pay increase and it would be between 10-20%. Not even close enough to want me to relocate. Plus my wife would leave the career she has and makes a great salary at to start over elsewhere. I would also rip my son from everyone and everything he knows and possibly lose money if my wife doesn't get a comparable salary which even the vp admitted might be tough. They are still going to make their choice by end of day tomorrow and I'm hoping they pick someone else so that I don't have to turn it down. I will say the interview went amazingly and my closing statement was that even if I am. It selected for this position I would like to be in the front of their minds for other projects, not necessarily other positions, but projects. Maybe you have a project in California that you think would be a good experience for me and something I can both contribute to and learn from I want to be considered for anything. The vp really liked hearing that so at the very least I am looking at this as finally getting a chance to speak with the vp directly and have him get to know me instead of just knowing of me and also for me to get a feel for who He is and what he is looking for. That being said here is some recent workouts;
