Good morning FG. Shoulders and a little biceps. Really good session this morning feel really good. Wanted to take a second and say thank you to all of you guys that comment or give the likes. Knowing you guys are out there and will be checking gives me alot of motivation to get up and go. I've been starting every session with Hypers. The gym I've been going to has a hyper machine. Which is different than I'm used to.
