I'm am going to be crying like a little girl I'm afraid nothing like jumping in with both feet. My new training partner is a pretty big guy 220 or so big to me anyway. And a super friend. This good of friend he new me and my wife had been fighting more than usual. So he text me last night and say gym in the morning and I tell him no just really bummed out about all the shit going on. He texts back wasn't a question your going to the gym in the morning cause you have been a dick lately just not the happy hillbilly I'm used too. Got to love him. Chest and tris in the morning.

Me and the training partner had a great session this morning chest and tris he's stronger than me but I can out rep him with the same weight so I really think the different styles coming together is going to really benefit us both. I have picked may 5th as my first show of 18. Now I'm on the hook. Lol i like the pressure cause I could fill a gym with all the guys that say their going to do a show but never get it done.

Hell ya he is brother we have been friends a long time I've known his dad even longer. We have that big brother little brother relationship. Brutally honest with eachother no bullshit but not mean at all. He's a family man. Stable. Looking so forward to this. The thing I'm most excited about is the contrast in our training styles. Most would think this a issue but we have decided one week his way next week my way and so on. He is stronger 1 rep wise. But with a medium weight I can out rep him. So I believe it will benefit us both in the long run.
