go into your in box and check all the ones you want to delete. pull the scroll tab down at the bottom and select the delete option and then hit the go button. all set

something i have learned in my wise beat up and broken old age is that when time off is forced getting back in hurts 10x worse than before. hell the pt even told me when something is hurt you still have to keep blood flow moving in the area and it working as well. the rest ice elevate notion isnt practiced for everything like it used to be.
your ribs though, not a real way to train anything with them puppies busted up. hell the bike for cardio would have been a no go
