TweetYeah brother I am trying. They were a strong point now not so much. I think I'm going to change thinks up a bit to bring them back up to where they were. Still trying to get some kind of schedule worked out. The new job is great very good money. And me and the boss are pretty much cut from the same stone which makes it really cool we laugh most of the day. Has been a very long time since I've enjoyed work. Once fall gets here I will just hit the gym after work. My main gym has no AC so it's well over a 90 degrees most days in the agternoon. Another one of the reasons I go in the morning.

TweetGood evening FG. This is definitely a new time for me. Music is always a big part of my training. I'm very motivated by the right song the right lyrics easy 5 reps on any set with the right song. So today it was theater of pain by motley crue. And in my opinion one of the greatest rock n roll albums ever made.
